This data protection notice has been prepared by ÇÖZÜM INDUSTRIAL COOLING SYSTEMS CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. (“Company”) in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) in order to inform you, in the capacity of data controller, about the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data, and your related rights.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding your rights (as outlined in Article 11 of the KVKK) in writing or through methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
