Solution Cooling's Compact Centralized System Cooling Units provide reliable, long-lasting, and economical solutions for medium (M) and low (L) temperature applications such as refrigerated display cases, cold rooms, and cold storage facilities.
Depending on the application, systems with semi-hermetic compressors or scroll compressors are produced in groups of two or more compressors to operate in parallel, as required. For high capacities that standard systems cannot meet, custom designs are developed.

This data protection notice has been prepared by ÇÖZÜM INDUSTRIAL COOLING SYSTEMS CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. (“Company”) in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) in order to inform you, in the capacity of data controller, about the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data, and your related rights.

  1. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically, by our Company for the purpose of providing our products and services accurately and completely within the legal framework, and for the Company to fulfill its contractual and legal obligations.

Based on these legal grounds, your personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes set forth in Articles (2) and (3) of this notice, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Depending on the product, service, or commercial activity offered by our Company, your personal data may be collected through automated or non-automated means, including our offices, dealers, website, social media platforms, and similar channels, either verbally, in writing, or electronically. As long as you continue to benefit from our products and services, your personal data may be processed and updated.

In addition, your personal data may be processed when you visit our website, contact our Company, or participate in training sessions, seminars, or events organized by the Company.

  1. Purposes for Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your requests,
  • To establish communication,
  • To improve our service quality.

Additionally, your personal data may be processed for:

  • Conducting necessary operational activities by our business units to enable you to benefit from our products and services,
  • Customizing the products and services we offer based on your preferences, usage habits, and needs,
  • Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and individuals who are in a business relationship with us (e.g., communication management, physical security and supervision at Company premises, partner/customer/supplier evaluation processes, legal compliance, financial operations),

  • Executing our human resources policies.
  1. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred for the purposes listed above under the following conditions:

  • To authorized public institutions and service providers, as required by legal obligations,
  • To our business units in order to provide you with products and services,
  • To customize our offerings according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs,
  • To ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and related parties (communication management, location security, business partner/customer/supplier evaluations, legal compliance, finance, etc.),
  • To our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals in accordance with the data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

  • To manufacturers, for the purpose of improving service quality, extending warranty periods upon customer request, and generating reports from events and activities,
  • To social media platforms, agencies, and press organizations for marketing, promotion, and public relations purposes,
  • To travel agencies abroad, for visa and travel arrangements related to campaign activities.
  1. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding your rights (as outlined in Article 11 of the KVKK) in writing or through methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

As the Authority has not yet defined an alternative method, applications must be submitted to the Company in writing. The procedures and channels for written applications are as follows:

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, please submit your request, including necessary identification details and a clear statement of your rights, via one of the following methods:
